central Location And Great Amenities

central locationeasy walkcomfy beds
The hotel is located centrally. It is close to the train station. I found most sightseeing locations within an easy walk. Breakfast offered many choices.. I definitely found something to my taste. The beds are comfy.
Rooms
9/10
The room was clean and relatively sizeable. This is good by business hotel standards. The bathroom included a nice shower. The beds were large and slept well.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast was included. I found it lovely. A cafeteria downstairs helped with all breakfasts. I could take items from the bakery and sit in the cafe if I bought a drink.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

coffee queuelimited options
the breakfast service felt understaffed. a long queue formed at the single coffee machine. the limited western-style options at breakfast were also disappointing. the hotel bar imposed a cover charge. this seemed unnecessary for hotel guests.

a good experience!

spacious roomsgood pressureawful breakfast
the rooms were spacious, very comfy and tidy. the water pressure in the showers was good! mayumi tokieda really helped get my daughter's wallet back. she called the jr line and arranged for us to pick it up in osaka.
The breakfast was pretty awful. There wasn't much choice of non-japanese food. there wasn't even a toaster. clearing our table ourselves to free it up resulted in a staff telling us off! never seen that before.

the corner beautiful twin room included two single beds and one extra bed. the room was clean. it was also spacious, providing ample space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The location was acceptable.
The breakfast was really disappointing, not many options outside of Japanese food existed. The bar cover charge for hotel guests was pretty strange. I didn't see the point of that.
